Preexpander: • Rugged construction for a continuous operation without maintenance. • Automatic shut down and start up system that assures no lumps. • Feed system that allows high flexibility on flows for high and low densities, using an adjustable frequency drive. • Inside view with glasses at two levels. • Doors allow access to preexpander inside for lumps removal if needed. The agitator shaft can be removed. The feed screw can be dissembled for cleaning. • PLC control can be connected to an automated silos control operation. Fluid bed: • Oversized for current market resins. • Air pre-heater can be installed to the bed in order to dry more effectively and to decrease the residence time in silos and molding cycles. • The outlet material goes trough a screen taking the lumps to a grinder, assuring the correct molding machine operation.
